Parece que lo he solucionado.

Después de mirar el post de Marvin (http://www.nslug.es/velocidad-de-descarga-amuled) y poner el amule.conf que él propone observo que ahora se conecta al primer server que pilla, con high-id y kad correcto.

Seguiré investigando.

Me encuentro con el mismo problema de ramonslug. He instalado el amule en un Unslung-6.8. He seguido algunos tutoriales puestos en el foro y todo marchaba bien, pues puedo acceder correctamente al GUI del amule mediante http://192.168.1.77:4711/
El problema viene como con ramonslug, que al seleccionar un servidor no hace nada de nada. Estoy realizando un "tail -f -n20 logfile" del fichero "/opt/share/amule/.aMule/logfile" y muestra lo soguiente:

Nota: tengo acceso a internet (realizo pings sin problemas), y le he dado un mapeado a mi router D-Link (DSL-G604T) los puertos TCP 8662 y UDP 8672 al NSLU2 (192.168.1.77), ambos configurados en el amule.

Finalmente me puedo conectar a un servidor, pero con una ID baja:
